What can the AI Agent actually edit?
It can perform supported document actions such as creating and renaming layers, changing opacity, editing text, adding brightness or black & white adjustments, and inserting generated images. It operates the PhotoCraft editor, not the Adobe Photoshop application. It does not support every possible editing request.
How are Agent credits calculated?
Charges depend on actual input, output, cached tokens and billable model steps, rather than a flat price per message. Your available balance determines the authorization automatically; unused reserved credits are released when the task settles. Any proposed image has a separate quote and confirmation.
For a task with billable calls: round up 2 service credits + 1 per billable step + 3,000 × confirmed model cost in USD. A task using 6 credits charges 6, but this is an example, not a fixed message price. No billable calls means no charge.
Do the bigger packs unlock different tools?
Every pack has the same supported Agent tools and available image models, including Pro variants. Larger packs provide more credits at a lower price per credit. Choose a balance for your workflow; you do not need a bigger pack to unlock a model or editing tool.
Can I still use the editor for free?
Yes. Manual editing is free and requires no account. AI credits are optional. Manual editing runs on your device; when you use an AI feature, only what you explicitly submit for that request is sent — see the Privacy Policy.
Do I have to sign up before buying?
No pre-registration or personal API key is required. After purchasing, use the purchase email in AI settings to receive a secure sign-in link. It connects your wallet and restores your credits across devices. No separate Google binding is needed.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?
Purchased credits have no expiry and packs do not renew automatically. Generated downloads are retained for up to 30 days; save the work you want to keep.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed image tasks release their reserved user credits. Downloading or inserting an existing result does not start another generation. A billable Agent step can still use credits even if a later editing action fails.
How do I request a refund?
Email [email protected] with your order reference. Within 14 days, an order whose credits are entirely unused is eligible for a full refund. Billing errors, non-delivery and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately. Refunds are reviewed by support and processed through Waffo; there is currently no self-service refund button. What content can I create?
Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits NSFW, graphic violence, hate speech, child exploitation, deceptive real-person deepfakes and infringement. Prohibited requests are blocked under the acceptable use rules, and reported issues can be sent to customer support.
