1. Operator and acceptance
PhotoCraft Online at photocraft.digital is operated by Tengzhou Lingshun Yuanshi Jiaoyu Zixun Gongzuoshi, an individually owned business operating in China, located in Tengzhou, Shandong, China. Contact: [email protected]. This website is independent of ArtCraft, Storyteller and the open-source PhotoCraft project.
These terms govern the website and optional paid AI services. You must be at least 18 to purchase or use paid AI services. By purchasing credits or using AI after accepting these terms, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Browser editor and optional AI services
The browser editor is free and can be used without registration. Ordinary documents opened for local editing remain on your device unless you explicitly submit content to an online service. Save or export your work before closing: the editor does not provide document autosave or crash recovery.
Optional AI services include conversational assistance with supported editor operations and image generation or editing. AI features may be unavailable while under development or when a provider is unavailable. Only features shown as available may be purchased or run; these terms do not promise that every planned feature is currently available.
The editor software is separately licensed under MIT OR Apache-2.0. Our open-source notices link to the applicable licenses. Those licenses continue to govern the upstream software.
3. Guest wallets and optional identity linking
You do not need to register before purchasing AI credits. A guest wallet is associated with a secure browser session. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may remove your access until you complete the supported recovery procedure. Keep your order receipt and billing email accurate.
Where available, you may optionally link a Google identity or verify an email to recover access. Google linking requests basic identity and email information; it does not give us access to your Gmail messages. Payment or receipt email alone does not authenticate you. Protect your session and recovery links and report unauthorized access promptly.
4. One-time credit packs and payment
AI credits are purchased as one-time packs, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal or automatic top-up. The intended packs are USD 1.99 for 1,000 credits, USD 19.99 for 12,000 credits and USD 49.99 for 33,000 credits. The pack, price, applicable taxes and total displayed at checkout control the purchase. Available packs and checkout status are shown in the editor.
Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Waffo handles payment details, tax calculation and payment receipts under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Credits become available after server-side payment confirmation; returning to our website alone does not prove payment.
Purchased credits do not expire. They have no cash value outside the refund policy, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may only be used for this service. Prices of future packs and AI tasks may change; existing credit balances will not be reduced by a price change. AI tasks are quoted before use.
5. How AI credits are charged
Image tasks show a fixed credit quote for the selected model and settings before you confirm generation. Image generation proposed by the Agent requires its own confirmation and is charged separately from the Agent task budget.
Agent tasks use a user-authorized spending cap. Charges vary with the actual provider-reported input, context, output, cache usage and number of model steps. For a task with at least one confirmed billable model step, the credit charge is the cumulative total, rounded up once, of 2 service credits plus 1 credit per billable step plus 3,000 times confirmed model cost in USD. Tasks with no confirmed billable model steps cost zero. The service must pause before a further step would exceed your cap and requires your explicit authorization to increase it.
Credits may be reserved when a task starts. Unused reservations are released. Confirmed model usage remains charged if a later editor command fails, or if you cancel or undo an edit. Generated image charges apply after successful delivery; failed image tasks release their reservations. A new generation is a new paid task. Contact us about incorrect charges or delivery problems.
6. Refund policy
Within 14 calendar days after purchase, you may request a full refund if no credits from that order have been consumed. An active reservation must be canceled or settled before eligibility can be assessed; a reservation alone is not consumption. We normally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once credits from the order have been used, or partial refunds for remaining credits, except where required by law or to correct an error.
Duplicate payments, confirmed billing mistakes and paid credits not delivered will be investigated and corrected. If we permanently discontinue the paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will arrange a proportionate refund of unused prepaid credits, subject to applicable law. No clause excludes a mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund right. Any legally required consent to immediate digital performance and acknowledgment of its effect on withdrawal rights must be collected at checkout.
Request a refund at [email protected] with your order identifier and purchase email; never send card details. We aim to acknowledge billing requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through Waffo to the original payment method, with posting time determined by the payment provider and bank. Refundable credits are held while the request is reviewed and removed when the refund succeeds; a rejected or failed refund releases the hold.
7. AI providers, content and intellectual property
When enabled, Agent requests use DeepSeek Flash. Image requests are routed by KIE to the specifically named model selected in the image tool, which may include Nano Banana 2.1 (Google Gemini), Nano Banana Pro (Google Gemini), Seedream 5.0 Flash (ByteDance), Seedream 5.0 Pro (ByteDance), GPT Image 2.5 Flare (OpenAI) or GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst (OpenAI). Paid AI features can be purchased and used where they are shown as available; a model disabled for sale cannot be quoted or purchased. The model name and settings are displayed before a generation, with no silent substitution. Kling and Flux are not offered. Your instructions and content you choose to submit are processed by those services. Their availability, terms and data practices affect the service. We do not promise that generated content is unique, accurate, non-infringing or suitable for a particular use.
You retain your rights in your input. You grant us a limited license to transmit, process and temporarily store it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. We do not use your content to train our own models. Third-party processing is described in our Privacy Policy; we do not make unverified promises about a supplier's training or retention practices.
As between you and us, you may use outputs for lawful purposes subject to applicable law and provider terms. We do not claim ownership of your outputs; copyright protection and third-party rights cannot be guaranteed. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted images, text and depicted people, and must review AI outputs before use.
8. Acceptable use
Pornography and NSFW: do not generate explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
Violence and gore: do not generate graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, sadistic violence, or content promoting terrorism, extremism or mass violence. Instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
Hate speech: do not generate dehumanization, slurs, threats, incitement or discriminatory abuse targeting people because of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
Child safety: sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation and instructions facilitating harm to children are strictly prohibited, including synthetic content.
Deepfakes and impersonation: do not fabricate a real person's identity, face, intimate images, statements or actions, or impersonate people, brands or organizations to deceive, defraud or present generated media as authentic evidence.
Copyright and trademark infringement: do not submit or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Only upload your own images or material you are authorized to use.
Do not bypass safety controls, submit jailbreak prompts, steal credentials, generate malicious code, abuse payment systems, systematically extract the service or resell access without permission. Our AI Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and explains reporting, review and enforcement.
Report unsafe content or rights violations to [email protected] with the subject 'Content report'. Include a task identifier or URL, the category and a short explanation; do not send illegal imagery or unnecessary personal data. We triage reports, prioritize child safety and credible threats, and manually review relevant reports and task records. We may reject requests, withhold or remove hosted results, warn users, restrict AI or wallet access, suspend abusive sessions or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. See the AI Acceptable Use Policy for screening, review, appeal and handling details.
Paid AI generation is enabled. Provider safety restrictions must remain enabled and may not be bypassed. In the current configuration, requests are executed directly with the provider and our additional pre-submission and pre-delivery screening workflow is not yet active; provider content controls and the reporting and review process described above are the layers in place. We do not represent provider filters as a substitute for our own planned screening, blocking and audit workflows.
Treat AI outputs as generated assistance. Do not present them as verified professional advice or rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions without appropriate review.
9. Privacy, retention and account closure
Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, providers, storage periods and your rights. You may ask us to close your account or delete eligible personal data by email. Order, tax, fraud and dispute records may need to be retained as required by law. Removing a browser cookie does not delete server records.
10. Availability, liability and termination
The service is provided as available, subject to statutory warranties and rights that cannot be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular AI result. Back up your work. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect and consequential losses; our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the relevant event. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security reasons or legal requirements. Refunds and mandatory rights are governed by section 6. These terms do not require users to waive legally protected claims.
11. Changes, applicable law and contact
The laws of the People's Republic of China govern these terms to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their place of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally; this is not a condition for exercising statutory remedies.
Material changes will be announced on the website, and by email where appropriate and available, generally at least 14 days before taking effect unless a legal or security change requires otherwise. Contact Tengzhou Lingshun Yuanshi Jiaoyu Zixun Gongzuoshi at [email protected]; business location: Tengzhou, Shandong, China.
